The episode in which our hero from Bulworth and Dick Tracy finds himself in a sticky situation, the passing of Bill Paxton, the state of Playstation VR, Hellboy, Nightwing, and Devon Sawa?! Steve caught the apparently similar Get Out and A Cure for Wellness, while I have had HEALTH’s Disco 3 on repeat while exploring Thumper (PSVR). Plus, Netflix looking very Bright (so we try to calculate its money pool), 5G tests are coming this year, and VR in space!

The week in which we’re back after I spent the prior week hosting someone in a different fashion altogether and reintroduce a segment to the show in which I share my Playstation VR first impressions. Also, (30 mins later) AT&T is re-establishing itself as a monopoly by purchasing Time Warner, Wang Jialin unveiled Movie Metropolis and his plan to kickstart Chinese tourism and commerce, the NBA is going to broadcast one game a week in VR, Devin Faraci is scum, Marvel continues the worst trend in directing, and Chris Rock has landed a huge Netflix check. Plus, the Nintendo Switch, High Frame Rates in cinema, The Coen Brother’s Dark Web, Donald Glover as the Young Lando, and I contemplate registering to vote to protest the usage of condoms in porn.

The episode in which Steve tries to guess the Oscar winners, I give my critique of the ceremony/coverage, stunt performers are lobbying for their own category, #JusticeForFlint did well despite its counter programming, the FBI nabbed one of the screener pirates, we talk about the R-rated comic book movies, China might buy a stake in Paramount, and Netflix will start streaming in HDR.
